What about delivery times in relation to COVID?

At this time, no customer of us has to worry about their order.
We work with the best shipping providers available.

Which means your package will arrive safely at your home!

Due the current situation, there may be delays in delivery.
These delays are caused by, e.g., low manpower levels at the shipping companies, postal strikes or customs security checks.

According to past experience, delivery time varies between 7-20 working days (depending by country).

We feel very sorry for this situation and therefore we would like to give a 5% off to all our customers wishing to order anyway.

Where can I find my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number via e-mail 1-3 working days after your order.

When will my order be delivered?

- What has been ordered?

For a better estimation we have an average shipping time for the following

Where is my tracking number? Why isn´t my tracking number working?

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number.

If you haven't received one or if the tracking number doesn't work, no worries. Contact us and we'll solve it! 

Sometimes, after you get the notification that your order has shipped, your tracking number may not pull up any information.

This is normal, and it all depends on how quickly the post office updates your tracking number after it ships.

Please check back on it in a few days. 

Where is my order?

In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. 

Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control.

Please also allow a few extra days for shipping during the holiday season as we are not responsible for shipping delays.

Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation. 

We are not responsible for orders that are confirmed as delivered by the postal service tracking number.

I ordered several items in one order but received them separately. Why?

Do not be alarmed, often times our Items are shipped separately.

This is in an effort to save on shipping costs so that we can keeping shipping FREE for all of our customers!

You´ll receive for every package an own tracking-ID. 

Cancel My Order

Can I change or cancel my order afterwards?

Changes of the order can be made within 5 hours. Please contact our support team. 

We can change the following details for you afterwards:
- Shipping information
- Your first & last name
- Your e-mail address
- Your phone number

- You should contact us within 5 hours after placing your order.
- We cannot cancel an order that is already in transit.

What happens if the product arrives damaged?

If the product is damaged, you should return the damaged product within 14
days after placing the order. Please contact our support team in this case.

Within this period we will pay the costs for the reshipment and replace the product. In this case you should send us your order number and a photo of the damaged product.

Please notify us within 24 hours after delivery of your order. Otherwise we cannot consider the refund.
